I failed the company after being unable to perform the duties required of the position of manager 0.5. I failed to manage my own work flow and I was unable report through the proper channels and without regard to the company. I failed my managers by making them suffer from my inability to properly manage my own work flow with their work flow and the company work flow. I failed myself because I wasted time and space living inside the company walls. I am a failure and I am happy the company was kind enough to continue to let me have my job. I am so happy I am able to devote my life to this company until the next layoffs and I hope beyond. I will take this time to prove myself to both the company, the managers, and to myself that I deserve to live and work here. I only hope that I will be able to prove my love forever to show my love and devotion to the company.
