The managers seen to me that my new Tools for Entropy are okay, but they expected more. The managers also said that I have time to create better tools because they have pushed back the release time of the Entropy Upgrade. My 4th manager said we should be on time to release in 2 Tropos and that we (I) should have my tools good instead of just okay. Maybe manager number 4 is right? The tools are just okay. I am now working and how to best begin recreating them so I can meet the next deadline of release. One good thing is that I have seen from others that layoffs will be 3 Tropos away.
