After the tools began working as one, I showed my managers and they were happy. I have worked for the past 5 Cycles on process "bugs" and documentation. My new 3rd Manager told me to go home ThisCycle. He told me not to come back for 1 whole Cycle. He told me I should not work NextCycle, so I am home....bored.
